　　Manage incoming telephone calls

　　Field and send out send written business correspondence

　　Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Requirements - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

　　Strong problem solving and analytical skills

　　1+ years of past relevant experience

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

　　Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

　　Foundational knowledge in Inventory Reports

　　Inventory Tracking experience highly desired

　　Knowledge of Post-Sales

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Retail Sales

　　Deep understanding of Inventory Audits

　　Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

　　Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

　　Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

　　Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
