About Customer Service Representative

　　Why you should apply for these Customer Service Representative positions: Pay: $20.88/hour and weekly paychecks Paid training for the first 8 weeks from 8:00 am- 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri After training, regular 8-hour schedules are assigned. Scheduled hours will be between 7:30 am - 8 pm and may include weekends. Must be able to work an 8-hour schedule within the range. Two consecutive days off per work week. Temporary to permanent opportunities. Professional and fun work environment with sit/stand desks! Your customer service duties will include: Basic scheduling and phone support with an emphasis on customer service Assist patients, clinical professionals and the general public in a call center environment Ensure data entries are accurate and complete Problem-solve while showing empathy Communicate well in straight-forward situations
