　　Field and send written business correspondence

　　Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Handle incoming telephone calls

　　You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Strong computer skills including customer database systems

　　Strong customer service and office administrative skills

　　Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite

　　Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Email Correspondence experience preferred

　　Basic Office Equipment experience desired

　　Order entry experience

　　Experience with Microsoft Excel

　　Knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

　　Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

　　Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

　　2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyStrong communication and interpersonal skills
