　　Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

　　Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyStrong communication and social skills

　　Adeptness in Microsoft Excel

　　Strong familiarity with inside sales

　　Solid understanding of customer service

　　Multi Task experience preferred

　　Foundational knowledge in Communication Skills

　　Experience with Warehouse Duties

　　Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

　　Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
