Strong communicationskills - you must be able to effectively present information to internaland external customers in one-on-one and group settings. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiencyrequired. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Take and reply toinbound customer calls and emails to convert into Bids or Orders. Sendproduct demos to qualified customers on request. Emphasize salablefeatures, quote prices and credit terms, and enter sales orders fororders obtained. Provide feedback to customers on adequate stock levels.Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of vendor\'sproduction and delivery schedules. Build and maintain customerrelationships. Review reports of business transactions.
