　　Customer Service Representatives will be preferred for this position via Robert Half in the growing Local Government industry if they love building solid customer relationships. 　　May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Organize and route incoming telephone calls

　　Field and send written business correspondence

　　Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

　　Requirements - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

　　Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

　　Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel

　　Data entry experience

　　Call Center Customer Service experience desired

　　Experience with Microsoft Word

　　Customer service experience preferred

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

　　Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

　　Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

　　2+ years of past relevant experience

　　Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyCustomer service and office administrative skills
