About Customer Service Representative

  System One has partnered with an organization spanning multiple states that is seeking a customer service and detail-oriented individual to work in the Oklahoma City area. The company requires this individual be located in Oklahoma City, OK, Austin, TX, or El Paso, TX.

  However, this opportunity will be FULLY REMOTE with approximately 1-4 weeks of on-site training. Once the training is complete, 90% of this position is remote. The position acts as the principal point-of-contact for growth-based customers for the organization to input new orders and drive customer satisfaction.

  Someone with customer service and inside sales experience in the construction industry who is immediately available and willing to take a long-term (6-12 month) contract position will be ideal. Contractors with System One are W2 employees with dental, vision and health insurance packages available.

  Description:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for builders and high-growth customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels

  Assist growth customers with order placement, order updates, scheduling coordination, and the setup of new services and meter sets

  Utilize various systems, such as Banner, Microsoft Dynamics, email, phone, PCAD, and Maximo, to research and reconcile customer orders

  Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, field operations, and other departments as necessary to support growth customers

  Prioritize fast and accurate response to customer inquiries and feedback, using suggestions to achieve desired outcomes

  Maintain regular attendance and fulfill any additional duties assigned

  Requirements:

  High school diploma or equivalent

  Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

  Effective communication skills, both respectful and assertive

  Professional phone demeanor and etiquette

  Ability to thrive in a demanding and dynamic work environment

  Excellent multitasking abilities, including simultaneous use of customer information systems, order scheduling, and call documentation

  Positive attitude and ability to meet productivity goals

  Proficient with computers and web-based applications

  Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills

  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  Problem-solving abilities and research skills

  Previous experience in customer service preferred
