JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Customer Service Representative Location:Brookfield, WI Job Id: 235 # of Openings: 1 SUMMARY The CustomerService Representative provides the best possible customer satisfactionto Guhring\'s customers by addressing and resolving customer inquiriesand problems to coordinate accurate and prompt service betweencustomers, sales, production and management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBLITIES This list of duties and responsibilities is not allinclusive and may be expanded to include other duties andresponsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.1.Receive incoming customer telephone calls, fax and e-mail order entryinformation. Establish and maintain positive working relationships withcustomers. Address and resolve customer inquiry and complaints.2.Provide price quote and delivery information for incoming orders andfor phone, email, fax and website inquiries. 3.Enter customer purchaseorders. Create sales order and production order. Send order confirmationto customer. 4.Prepare all assigned reports and correspondenceaccurately and on time, to include service log, open work orders,maintenance agreements, warranty work, billings, etc.. 5.Enter allrequired information into the computerized systems to create andmaintain the customer database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Prepare documents, letters, correspondence, etc. as needed.QUALIFICATIONS 1. To perform this job successfully, an individual mustbe able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirementslisted below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired. 2. Requires a high school diploma and one to three years ofrelated experience or a combination of education and experience. 3.Ability to read and interpret documents such as open orders, blueprints,and procedure manuals. Ability to prepare reports and correspondence.Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees inthe organization. 4. Must be competent in using Microsoft Word and Excelfor generating written reports and spreadsheet. Prefer with previousexperience using SAP software.
