　　Major responsibilities

　　-- Group Support Phone Line

　　Client Account Openings

　　Client Account Updates/Maintenance

　　Schedule client calls

　　Ad Hoc Client reports (ie statements/tax forms to clients and 3rd parties)

　　Client Web Support

　　Ad Hoc Letters/Mailings

　　Gathering/Updating Investor Packets

　　Ad Hoc Projects/Requests

　　Requirements - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

　　No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Sensitive Information experience preferred

　　Deep understanding of Salesforce Administration

　　Adeptness in Schedule Meetings

　　New accounts experience desired

　　Google Suite experience

　　Knowledge of SAP CRM

　　Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　2+ years of past relevant experience

　　Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyUpbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

　　Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office

　　Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

　　Proficient with computers and technology platforms
