Pay and Contract Structure : 4 month contract-to-hire, $16.50 an hour
Job Description
This is a four month contract to hire position due a bank undergoing a transformation on their digital banking platform. They will be training the current FTE employees on the new technology while CSR reps handle the phones and all customer interactions. Basically anything a customer may need in regards to their online banking account:
Take inbound calls from bank customers
Bank Transactions
Account Transfers
Assist with password resets
Work Environment and Hours
Shifts will be assigned by the client based upon the needs of the business. All candidates must be available to work between 7:45am – 6:00pm M-F.
All employees will work rotating Saturdays 9am-3pm, with mandatory Saturdays (as communicated by management).
