　　Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

　　Call Center Customer Service experience

　　Well-founded grasp of Directs Incoming Calls

　　Expertise in Microsoft Office

　　Microsoft Office 365 experience

　　Proven knowledge of Direct Phone Calls

　　Answering Inbound Calls experience

　　Experience with Conference Calls

　　General familiarity with Inbound Outbound Calls

　　Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

　　A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

　　Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　2+ years of past relevant experience

　　No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
