　　Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Organize and route incoming telephone calls

　　Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

　　May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

　　General familiarity with Adjustments

　　Wide ranging experience with Written Communication

　　Microsoft Word experience preferred

　　Good understanding of Computer Programs

　　Quality experience with Interpersonal Skills

　　Merchandising experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

　　Earlier work involving Resolve Customer Complaints

　　Proven knowledge of Claim Administration

　　Practical knowledge of complaints

　　Deep understanding of About Time

　　Billing experience preferred

　　Well-founded grasp of Microsoft PowerPoint

　　Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　Strong problem-solving skills

　　2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

　　Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks

　　Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications

　　Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
