　　Manage customer and account information in the Salesforce database.

　　Set up new customer accounts based on requests from the Accounting Department.

　　Escalate complex cases to the Senior Customer Service Team for resolution.

　　Release web holds from orders to ensure seamless processing.

　　Enter portal orders accurately and efficiently.

　　Input address information into Amazon orders for smooth fulfillment.

　　Act as an overflow resource for the Salesforce team, handling additional cases.

　　Participate in training opportunities and engage in self-study to enhance product and industry knowledge.
