　　Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

　　Manage and place incoming telephone calls

　　Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

　　Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Requirements - Sound written and verbal communication skills

　　Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

　　2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

　　Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Strong problem solving and analytical skills

　　Strong customer service and office administrative skills

　　Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

　　Expertise in Microsoft Excel

　　Call Center Customer Service experience desired

　　Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyComfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

　　Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications
