　　Responsibilities:

　　Prepare samples, price quotations, and customer correspondence.

　　Process orders, revisions, and confirmations of sales/back orders.

　　Collaborate with sales staff and supervisors to assist with any necessary sales related projects and reports.

　　Assist with incoming calls and inquiries.

　　Answering inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps.

　　Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.

　　Maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service.

　　Function as a liaison between customer service and other departments in the company to address customer needs.

　　Working effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required

　　Bachelor's degree preferred

　　Familiar with ERP systems

　　Computer literate, self-motivated and works well in a team environment

　　Detail-oriented

　　Superior organizational skills

　　Professional people skills and extraordinary customer service skills

　　Prior experience in a customer service support role in a professional business environment

　　SAS salary range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location.
