JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position works closely with wholesale and retailcustomers to determine their needs, answer their questions aboutSherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. In thisposition, you will also be responsible for delivering products tocustomers from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe and timely manner usingCompany vans or pick-up trucks. The individual selected for this rolewill be expected to work at Store #1234, located at: 2930 E. HamiltonAve., Eau Claire, WI 54701. This is a Part-Time position. Ensure highlevels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assistcustomers in person and over the phone by determining needs andpresenting appropriate products and services Process sales transactionsaccurately and consistent with policies and procedures Follow andachieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintainprecise work order files and formulas Pull appropriate products from thesales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products, as needed, to customerspecifications Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in asafe, timely manner Assist with loading and unloading items fromvehicles Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repairand servicing needs Adhere to assigned routes and following timeschedules Comply with all laws, traffic regulations, safety procedures,etc., when driving a vehicle Prepare reports and other documentsrelating to deliveries Operate equipment and machines, such as cars,trucks, forklifts, etc. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 yearsof age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentwithout needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or inthe future Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver\'s License Must beable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve materialfrom shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
