　　We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service/Data Entry Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients and accurately entering data into our systems.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, delivering high-quality customer service in both English and Spanish.

　　Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

　　Enter and update customer information accurately into the database or CRM system.

　　Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

　　Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and resolve issues.

　　Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care.

　　Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

　　Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.

　　Requirements

　　Must bilingual English/Spanish

　　Strong customer service

　　Previous data entry experience
