　　Position Overview

　　· Will screening for program eligibility, reviewing documents and determine the caller's eligibility for the service needed.

　　· Scheduling appointments for free tax services.

　　· Collect callers' data and enter in the company data base.

　　· Maintain client info keeping it all confidential.
