What you’ll do:

　　We offer you two roles as Customer Support and Logistics Engineer/ Coordinator Intern tasks at our new Eaton Factory in Finland. You will work in Customer Support and Logistics Team with various projects and customers. Work includes Logistics and Customer Support Engineering activities of UPS products. This Intern role gives you good overview for Eaton processes and engineering tasks.

　　Haemme nyt kesäharjoittelijoiksemme kahta logistiikkakoordinaattoria Customer Support & Logistics -tiimiimme huolehtimaan kansainvälisten myyntiyhtiöiden tilausten järjestämisestä ja aikataulutuksesta SAP ERP –järjestelmässä.

　　Tehtävään kuuluu mm. tilausten syöttäminen, aikatauluttaminen, tilauskannan ja toimitusten seuranta sekä laskutus. Tulet myös vastaamaan vientikuljetusjärjestelyistä yhteistyössä huolitsijoiden kanssa.

　　Qualifications:

　　Kesäharjoittelijan osaaminen ja ominaisuudet:

　　olet asiakaspalveluhenkinen, huolellinen ja oma-aloitteinen

　　sinulla on ripeä ja systemaattinen työskentelyote

　　omaan hyvät IT taidot esim. Microsoft Office -ohjelmat (Oracle ERP katsotaan eduksi)

　　sinulla on hyvä kirjallinen ja suullinen englanninkielen taito, muut kielet esim. saksa tai ruotsi luetaan eduksi

　　omaat mahdollisesti myös aiempaa kokemusta kansainvälisen kauppaan tai vientiin liittyvistä tehtävistä

　　Tarjoamme monipuolisia, vastuullisia ja haastavia kesätyötehtäviä sekä mahdollisuuden kehittyä kansainvälisessä yrityksessä. Työsuhteet alkavat sopimuksen mukaan ja kestävät noin 3-4 kuukautta. Tarkemmista ajankohdista sovitaan henkilön kanssa.

　　• You are possibly a 3rd or 4th year student and you have occupational readiness for Engineering Trainee

　　• Experience in logistics, customer support and SAP ERP are considered as a benefit
