Description We are in search of a Customer Service Advocate to be part of our team. This role is primarily based in TREVOSE, Pennsylvania, United States and will entail engaging with customers and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Update and maintain accurate member insurance information.
• Review and provide details on plan benefits to customers.
• Manage tasks and follow up as required, ensuring all interactions with members, providers, and vendors are resolved completely.
• Conduct outreach as necessary to gather information for claims processing.
• Document all calls and follow-up actions accurately.
• Manage overpayment resolutions effectively.
• Assist in new hire and open enrollment processes.
• Perform other support duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer issues by interacting with other departments and teams. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role or similar capacity
• Demonstrated ability to answer inbound calls professionally and courteously
• Proven experience assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, or problems
• Previous experience in a call center customer service environment is highly desirable
• Ability to effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to providing superior service at all times
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively
• Proficient in the use of computer systems for data entry, communication, and reporting
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
