GENERAL FUNCTION
This Data Entry role is responsible for transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems. Their transfer of data happens manually or using scanners. They type in customers' information and create a work ticket, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process. Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem. The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Answering questions about a company's products or services.
-Processing orders and transactions.
-Resolving issues and troubleshooting Job Flow problems.
-Delivering information about a company's offerings.
-Providing proactive customer outreach. Handling customer complaints.
-Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-High school diploma or GED
-attention to detail
-good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
-ability to manage large data bases
-excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish
