Essential Functions:
Drive the business to success by delivering metrics and achieving success on the Leaderboard.
Manages customer orders and open requests
Connect with customers by asking open ended questions, recommending solutions, answering customer questions, and graciously listening to and denoting customer concerns.
Restock merchandise to ensure the department and merchandise displays are organized and fully stocked.
Provides proactive and extraordinary service to all external and internal customers. This responsibility includes maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Creatively solves customer issues, proactively manages customer orders and open requests to resolution
Professionally handle all incoming calls. This action includes meeting or exceeding the Customer Service expectations and metrics that are established for the department.
Handles, resolves and takes ownership of all internal and external customer problems. Root causes of problems are identified, and corrective action taken. Problems are closed with calls to customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
General knowledge of the product line and pricing schedules
Performs all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
Education/Years of Experience:
Must have previous experience in customer service.
Previous experience in Oracle is a plus
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
Experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
Demonstrates ethical and honest behavior in day-to-day interactions and business decisions.
Outstanding oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership skills are required to interact with all levels of the company
Demonstrate the ability to motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals through excellent selling skills
Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively maneuver in a Windows environment and through Microsoft Office products (Word, excel, and power point)
