  THE OPPORTUNITY

  We are looking for a digital-savvyCustomer Community Manager (CCM) Contractorto temporarily lead our customer engagement platform (Community) to support brand awareness and customer loyalty. This position is ideal for someone looking for a fixed term contract in a very dynamic and fun program. The ideal candidate will not only learn from the leaders but also be able to enrich the community with their experience and initiative.

  Working with the Head of Community and colleagues from across the organization, the CCM Contractor will be responsible for sourcing content, setting up groups, and ensuring customer contacts are accurate so they can be properly assigned to groups for existing and new customers. Be the first point of contact for the online customer community, partners and Ivaluans, Champions and others that need assistance.

  WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

  Support the development of a content plan that includes sourcing, adapting and/or creating engaging content for the platform, including blog pieces, articles, weekly summaries, and videos.

  Engage with the online customer community and respond to comments and requests.

  Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.

  Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.

  Support the implementation of community communication initiatives.

  Liaise with the internal and external Community Champions to stay updated on new content, messaging, marketing initiatives, product, and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.

  Attend networking events that encourage community involvement and increase participation.

  Ensure brand consistency by communicating with Marketing and Communications teams.

  Keep up to date with trends in digital technology

  WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  A degree in Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields is highly desired.

  Community management experience with a similar focus or a variety of social media platforms and formats is sought.

  Competent in reporting analytics.

  At least two years of experience managing similar communities or social media platforms.

  Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.

  Soft Skills:

  Superb time management skills.

  Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

  Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders is desired.

  Able to work with a team of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

  Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and work in close collaboration with Senior Leaders.

  Excellent knowledge of English and French.

  Happy to travel internationally.
