　　*The work schedule for this position would be Monday-Saturday. To clarify, it is a 5 day work schedule. All Sundays are guaranteed off. The other day off would fall between M-F and would vary depending on business needs. The shift can start as early as 5:30am, or as late as 12:00pm, based on business needs. 　　The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

　　Fleet Management - ensure DOT and Safety compliance over a dedicated fleet of CDL drivers

　　Customer service satisfaction and expectation management

　　Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees

　　Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

　　Health and Safety Management

　　State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

　　Qualifications

　　H.S. diploma/GED required

　　Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

　　Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required

　　One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required

　　Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
