  We are currently looking for a Customer Lifecycle Specialist to join our Customer Management team.

  Location: Maslak, İstanbul

  Type of contract: Permanent

  As a Customer Lifecycle Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

  Project management, planning and execution of customer retention strategy and customer loyalty program

  Setting up the right data architecture and systems that facilitate systematic Attract-Acquire-Grow-Retain process for the organisation. Optimising current data, scoping out and enhancing with new functionalities and interventions and working closely with the Zone Europe Team to implement the pilot CLM program in Türkiye.

  Analyzing coffee machine consumption data and prepare consolidated analysis for customers insight and operaitonal optimizaiton

  Leading the technological transition process and projects among sales and trade assets teams.

  Enrichment and enlargement of the current database according to future omnichannel communication needs and requirements.

  Planning, execution and measurement of the cross-category customer CLM campaigns.

  Ensuring the development and execution of CLM tools and initiatives across the organization .

  Which profile are we looking for?

  2-4 years in CRM / CLM / e-business / business analist / data mining experinece for sales & marketing preferably in Out of Home industry.

  Has successfully delivered on KPIs.

  Demonstrated success in managing/supporting multi-category and cross functional teams, creating a high performance culture.

  Fluent in written and spoken English.

  Has project management experience and Relevant University Degree.
