We are seeking a Customer Insights Manager to be a critical leader within our Customers Insights program.The Customer Insights Manager role will support all aspects of customer research including assessing needs, recommending, developing and supporting best in class market research methodology. The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible to support techniques to understand customer behavior using internal and external data. The Customer Insights Manager provides experience in program management. The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.
