Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in the Wholesale Distribution industry, based in MOODY, Alabama. The successful candidate will focus on processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries in a detail-oriented manner.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications using Cloud Technologies and CRM.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records using Database and Microsoft Excel.

• Resolving customer credit inquiries.

• Monitoring customer credit accounts using EO/IR systems.

• Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments using About Time.

• Ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.

• Assisting in managing Customer Account details.

• Contributing to the overall Customer Success strategy of the team. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Experience with Database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is desirable

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in using the 'About Time' software

• Experience in managing Customer Accounts

• Proven track record in enhancing Customer Satisfaction

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Experience in implementing Customer Success strategies
