  Our Customer Experience Managers are seasoned retail veterans and naturallycharismatic leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for collaboratingwith your Store leader to lead the recruitment, training, development andoverall management of a dynamic store team that will help Tesla accelerate theworld's transition to sustainable transportation. You will be challenged tosupport your team through training, coaching, motivating and analyzingsales performance. You will be tasked with identifying events in the localmarket that will maximize Tesla's brand exposure and create more Teslaowners. You will be measured and rewarded by your ability to achieve acumulative store sales target, drive optimal team performance, andmaintain store operations. To succeed at Tesla, you must be energetic,highly organized, and hard working. You should have a passion forsustainable energy and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences.While individual contributions will be recognized, teamwork is essential toachieve the highest level of success.   Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager toalign on business needs and strategies, while demonstrating sales leadershipthrough active floor presence and role modeling (70% of the time)Customer Excellence: Ensure all employees deliver a top-tiercustomer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns relatedto vehicle quality and preparationTeam Development: Recruit, train, and develop management andstaff, maintaining prompt position fulfillment, providing ongoing performanceevaluation, and ensuring adherence to Tesla's policies and proceduresBrand Standards: Uphold brand standards through facilitymaintenance, showroom presentation, and cost control, while ensuringcompliancewith Tesla's dress code and grooming guidelinesWhat You'll Bring

  Bachelor's degree or 2+ years applicable experience withproven track record to meet or exceed goals, or equivalentSelf-starting entrepreneur with exceptional managementskills, great attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multipleprojects whileadhering to business-critical deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicatedand ethical approach to sales and sales operationsAbility to develop collaborative relationships and act as awell-respected, trusted partnerAbility to work evenings and weekends in a retailenvironment, ability to relocate as neededValid driver's license in country of employment and abilityto obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicableThis roles requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issuedby Colorado Department of Revenue Division of Motor Vehicles.   Expected Compensation

  $64,800 - $127,575/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

  Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, includingmarket location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Thetotal compensation package for this position may also include other elementsdependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefitplans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
