Description Play a critical part in a team environment as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk in a thriving company. This long-term contract / temporary to hire position is offered through Robert Half. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. An individual in this position will need a high aptitude for computer software, be mindful of details and a self motivator. This Accounts Payable Clerk role will be located in the Turlock, California area and will be a long-term contract / temporary to hire position.

　　Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling

　　Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department

　　Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

　　Fullfill full-cycle A/P

　　Help with internal and external audits as required

　　Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time

　　Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners Requirements

　　1+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Microsoft Excel experience preferred

　　Deep understanding of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　Be detailed, flexible, and organized
