You will be responsible for supporting the sales team through lead generation and undertake some administrative sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers to review performance of existing contracts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and work with the wider sales team to maximise Loma’s market share
Through acting as a trusted advisor to our customers, maximise the retention of existing service contact revenue by building strong customer relationships, whilst promoting Loma's service offering to existing and prospective customers
Use your customer contact to identify possible sale leads and attend local exhibitions
Update the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Process Sales and Service documentation where required.
Undertake debtors chasing where required
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their line manager that are essentially related to their duties
Essential :
Experience working within a commercial environment
Proactive and Self-organised with an ability to manage a busy schedule and workload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills used to build strong customer relationships.
IT literate - able to use word, excel, power point and good presentation skills
