CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:This CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER role will be overseeing a scheduling team that is handling both inbound and outbound calls from customer and team members in the field. You will lead and develop a team of customer care specialists, monitor staff engagement, ensuring that employees are engaged and fulfilled. This role also oversees pending leads, sales and service appointment scheduling, production installation scheduling of new and existing customers, and ensures our customers have a remarkable experience with our company
CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER JOB DUTIES:
Lead and develop a team of customer care specialistsMonitor staff engagement, ensuring that employees are engaged and fulfilledOversee pending leads, sales and service appointment scheduling, and production installation scheduling of new and existing customersEnsure our customers have a remarkable experience with our companyCUSTOMER CARE MANAGER JOBREQUIREMENTS:
2 year of call center or customer service management experience (preferred)Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goalsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer skillsCUSTOMER CARE MANAGER WAGE:$45,000 - $70,000/yr. This depends on your level of experience.
CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER SHIFTS:8:00 am -- 5:00 pm | Monday -- Friday -- Flexibility with shift is required and may extend the hours and days worked.
