A thorough understanding of warehousing and logistics is required for this job. This position is Monday- Friday 730am-430pm. Must be able to commute to Smyrna.

　　Responsibilities

　　Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and providing information to internal departments

　　Handling inbound/outbound customer service calls - 1st level Escalation

　　Managing the order process

　　Checking inventory levels as needed

　　Experience in Excel and Microsoft office is required

　　Experience in logistics and warehousing is required

　　The essential functions of this role include:
