Description

　　Under general supervision of a Senior Custodian Supervisor, Principle, MSO and/or Sr. Superintendent of Physical Plant, you will provide supervision for Assistant Custodian Supervisors, Sr. Custodians and Service Partners in the cleaning of the Medical Center. Executes corrective actions and training programs. Major functions include the assigning of work, inspection of work, performance improvement processes and the training of staff in proper cleaning procedures and safe equipment operation.

　　Salary Range: $51,400 - $100,600 / annuallyQualifications

　　Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators and staff.

　　Ability to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.

　　Ability to learn and properly utilize various machines/equipment especially as machines/equipment is

　　upgraded. * Ability to plan, train and provide work direction to other in a manner that is conducive to full performance and high morale of the employee.

　　Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb stairs and ladders for long periods of times.

　　Knowledge of cleaning materials, supplies, equipment, building fixtures and equipment.

　　Must be able to respond to emergencies and work in inclement weather, as needed.

　　Must be able to rotate between a day/nightshift, as directed.

　　Must have a knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and routine preventive maintenance;
