　　This position carries out the day-to-day facility cleaning, services, and maintenance activities at the church.The position ensures the facility is operated and maintained in a cost effective non-impacted manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.Essential Functions:

　　Conduct general maintenance duties to ensure the facility is always well maintained.

　　Adheres to all Impacts timelines for work completion.

　　Building and grounds maintenance

　　Must be handy to repair minor items throughout the church (this skill is required)

　　Must be able to climb a ladder to complete cleaning and repair work.

　　Touch up and painting is required.

　　Assist with setting up booths, chairs, and tables. Must be able to lift 75lbs.

　　Maintain standard set-up and breakdown of chairs in sanctuary as needed. At times this will be over 500 chairs.

　　Must be able to properly care for flooring within the church.

　　Must keep accurate record of cleaning supplies and submit request for ordering in timely manner.

　　Must pay attention to detail and make the most of time.

　　Must be able to work independently.

　　Must keep the building clean and abide by a checklist to cover all work areas.

　　Must be dependable and report to work on time.
