　　Keeps all assigned facilities clean, sanitary and in orderly condition;maintains grounds, provides classroom and program support by performingduties assigned by immediate Supervisor and/or Building Principal.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　One year experience desired in custodial and maintenance work.

　　Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating andmaintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

　　Must be able to read, write and comprehend written and oralinstructions.

　　Ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Office software and districtemail.

　　Ability to understand chemical hazards.

　　Must be a licensed driver in the state of Kansas.

　　Ability to work independently without supervision.

　　Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships withfaculty, staff and school community.

　　Meets all safety requirements as directed by the District.

　　Must support district mission, goals and objectives.
