SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSE: TheCustodian is a collaborative member of the overall Kroc team focused onproviding excellent customer service to internal and external customersin support of the programs and mission of the Kroc. Directly responsible forhousekeeping activities to ensure a clean, healthy environment foremployees and guests; ability to utilize various cleaning chemicals andequipment (incl. mop/bucket, carpet vacuums and extractors, floormachines, power washers and scrubbers, etc.). Ensure all restrooms andother common areas are maintained and stocked at all times includingattention to soap dispensers, toweling, waste cans, and other ongoingdaily needs that may require repeated attention due to facility usage.Respond promptly to radio calls and other contacts seeking facilitiesteam member assistance, communicating well and being ready and willingto assist with facility needs. Receive deliveries and ensure items arestored properly or the appropriate contact is advised of the delivery.Assist other facilities crew members with light maintenance orsetup/teardown activities as needed.
