JOB SUMMARYResponsible for cleaning assigned areas within federal contract buildings.*ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES*

　　Perform basic custodial duties in a timely, safe and professional manner.Vacuum, dust mop, sweep, and wet mop floors.Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures and supply with paper and soap products.Empty trash in assigned areas. Secure liners to contract specifications.Dust and clean walls, windows, woodwork and above floor surfaces.Dust, clean and polish furniture.Clean elevators and stairwells.Observe proper safety precautions in use of equipment and supplies.Work with all cleaning chemicals in a safe manner.Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position.Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers and participants.Other duties as assignedINDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT and INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
