Successful candidates must be willing and able to perform duties associated with commercial cleaning, painting, spackling, and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including operating industrial-type cleaning equipment such as high-speed buffers, burnishes, shampooers, and vacuum cleaners. Successful candidates must also be willing and able to clean restrooms, classrooms, residence halls, offices and/or similar facilities, as well as move heavy items such as tables, furniture, cleaning equipment, supplies, and other related cleaning devices. This position requires the ability to physically bend, stoop, lift, and move items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds; to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift and climb and stand on ladders.Required Qualifications:• Minimum age of 18.Preferred Qualifications:• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.• Must possess, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid Driver's License.This recruitment has been approved for a hiring incentive payment of up to $2,500.
