Job Description

　　Aramark is recruiting for an experienced Custodial Manager to clean and manage cleaning services for a private school in King City. This is a working manager position where half the shift is active cleaning, and the other half is focused on staff training, supervision, and inspection. Note the seasonal shift schedule changes:

　　September ? June

　　Monday ? Friday

　　3:00PM ? 11:30PM

　　July ? August

　　Monday ? Friday

　　7:00AM ? 3:30PM

　　Job Responsibilities

　　? Oversee and manage the custodial operations of the facility while active cleaning part-time

　　? Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure standards are met

　　? Train and supervise a team of seven (7) staff providing guidance and support as required

　　? Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement

　　? Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

　　? Mange inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage

　　? Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety guidelines and protocols

　　Qualifications

　　? 2-3 years related custodial experience in a commercial or educational facility

　　? Previous staff supervisory experience is required

　　? Demonstrated knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices

　　? Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and agents; ability to operate commercial equipment

　　? Attention to detail and a commitment to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness

　　? Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate tasks effectively

　　? Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills is required to lead the team

　　? Must have own reliable transportation as public transit not readily accessible during shift times

　　? Must undergo a Criminal Background Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening
