Description
Working closely with the Director of Curriculum and Project Director, and under the supervision of the Project Director, the Curriculum Manager will oversee the continual process of toolkit and resource development for replication and national dissemination, based on the various training and technical assistance programs we provide for implementation of interventions at 20 2iS sites across the country by managing deliverable timelines, tracking work plans, and maintaining ongoing communication with contractors and vendors. The Curriculum Manager will also work closely with the TA/implementation staff for rapid, translational development of products that distill best practices and lessons learned from the implementation process.
Representative Duties:
Project Management
Serves as central contact for contractors and vendors hired for development of dissemination products, including graphic design, narrative and demonstration videos, learning modules, and Spanish language translations
Manages development of dissemination products by overseeing workplan and ensuring collaboration across the CCTA, EC, intervention developers, subject matter experts, and HRSA HAB
Monitors developer deliverables (including development and review of implementation guides, intervention materials, and training) and oversees contracting process
Facilitates and oversees scheduling of meetings with contractors and vendors
Design and implement Technical Assistance materials
Works closely with the Director of Curriculum and Project Director around development, writing, and editing of materials and products
Collaborates with team members to develop and make available materials for training and technical assistance activities
In collaboration with other team members, develops and uploads content to the appropriate websites, applications, and social media sites
Maintain own professional growth
Enhance current knowledge of LGBTQIA+ health and HIV research by reading medical journals, articles and other LGBTQIA+- and HIV-related publications, attending conferences, seminars, forums, trainings and other available presentations Meets Agency Participatory Expectations
Suggests and participates in continuing quality improvement efforts
Adheres to all agency and departmental policies and procedures
Participates in quality assessment and improvement activities as requested
Adheres to the highest principles of patient and client confidentiality
Adheres to established safety policies, procedures and precautions; identifies potential or actual unsafe situations in the environment and takes measures to rectify the situation
Attends all required meetings, in-services and professional trainings
Attends all regularly scheduled research meetings, trainings, forums and pertinent FCH staff meetings
Maintains professional competence necessary to perform job responsibilities; maintains and provides agency with records of continuing education activities
Serves on agency committees and in professional organizations when requested
Performs other related duties as required
Requirements
Advanced degree at Masters level or higher in public health, public policy, education, medicine, social work or a related field.
At least two years of project management experience
Demonstrated excellence in writing and editing
Demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Familiarity with online tools for the delivery of training and technical assistance highly desired
Demonstrated ability to manage and follow through on projects in a timely fashion and handle multiple tasks
Strong interest in and basic knowledge of LGBTQIA+ health and HIV/AIDS
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize assigned duties
Ability to work independently and in small groups
Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues, patients, clients and vendors across the spectrum of diversity, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, color, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, national origin and immigrant status, religious or spiritual identity, disability (physical, mental, emotional and developmental), veteran status, and/or limited English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in program evaluation
Training or curriculum development experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
