Our client based in Neenah, WI is looking for a Cisco based Network Engineer for a direct placement opportunity. This resource will need to be able to work on-site in Neenah, WI, but only once every 2 weeks or so.

　　Advanced knowledge and hands on experience with wireless and route/switch networking technology.

　　Demonstrated experience with Cisco IOS/IOS-XE, AireOS required and NX-OS, ACI, DNAC, ISE, SolarWinds, CUCM, firewalls helpful.

　　KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

　　Defines, implements and manages network tuning, lifecycle, standard procedures, and leads systems planning.

　　Compiles and analyzes equipment operation and makes recommendations for greater efficiency.

　　Formulates/defines specifications for complex networking projects.

　　Designs and implements customized network environment to meet client needs and improve the overall security and performance of the system.

　　Works with system vendors to identify and correct hardware and software problems of the highest level.

　　Ensures integrity, accuracy, and timely updates to ticketing system, change management database, network diagrams, standard operating procedures.

　　Serves as a key contributor in the creation and design of the disaster recovery tests and plans.

　　Participation in after hours on call rotation.

　　Interview Information:

　　Typically 1 step via video (Microsoft Teams) with the manager and then typically another virtual or on-site step with the team.
