　　Purpose and Objective:

　　SAP America, Inc. seeks a CTE Senior Consultant at our Lake Mary, FL location responsible for assessing technical issues and developing system solutions for the deployment and ongoing support of cloud-based products and solutions.

　　Expectations and Tasks:

　　Support the customer during initial assessment and design phase of the implementation, and throughout the life cycle of the customer engagement. Design the technical configuration for cloud-based solutions. Define detailed blueprint for development requirements. Create technical solutions and product changes. Assess customer systems and design solutions to facilitate cloud integration. Support or maintain project plan for technical work stream. Manage technical performance expectations and serve as customer advisor throughout the engagement. Lead resolution of escalations and support system optimization. Collaborate with SAPs product development team to define new product ideas and features for future releases.

　　Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

　　Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The company will also accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

　　Work Experience:

　　Experience must involve 4 years in the following:

　　Data Extraction and Transformation in ETL process;

　　Business Process Mining (BPM) and Data Mining Use Cases;

　　Run BPM software tools against the extracted data;

　　Analyze, design, develop, test and implement systems applications;

　　Business analytics including data interpretation, analysis, and visual analytics;

　　Program and write SQLS using Oracle and SQL Server;

　　QTP, WinRunner, and LoadRunner;

　　Change and defect management using ClearQuest and TestDirector; and

　　Process Intelligence and Modelling Consulting with Enterprise Customers.

　　Travel: Position requires up to 50% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites. Telecommuting Permitted. Position must be based within the Continental U.S.

　　Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $121,347 - $124,380. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a signicant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $121,347 - $138,200. The actual amount to be oered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
