We currently have a strong value proposition in many of our service offerings and continue to leverage insights from across the portfolio to drive the introducing of new Subscription services to the market, including Device as a Service.
The Consumer Services team is seeking a proven leader for our Device as a Service Category team.
In this role, you will create value for our partners and customers by enabling a future-ready portfolio and defining and operationalizing the Go-To-Market strategy.
You will work with key leaders and stakeholders to set priorities and shape our strategy. You will collaborate closely with our Consumer Services Digital GBU and Market execution teams to expand the portfolio and develop opportunities to deliver revenue growth. Additionally, you will lead a global team accountable for current portfolio innovation, new product definition, business operationalization, and current business management.
This role requires an understanding of the market landscape and HP’s Consumer Subscription Services portfolio to support defining the Go-to-Market strategy and drive the adoption of new Device as a Service offerings.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strategy in collaboration with Market sales teams and leadership, along with other key category stakeholders, to position HP for business growth.
Define a DaaS portfolio, complete with a value proposition, pricing strategy, and channel value proposition.
Be responsible for defining the Go-to-Market strategy, including Route to market/partnerships and incentive models/program terms.
Enable portfolio solutions operationally throughout the lifecycle, piloting concepts to validate solutions and enabling the final product operationalization through engagement with different HP teams (legal, finance, sales ops, supply chain, etc.).
Manage current business, defining a promotional strategy and developing short and mid-term plans to achieve growth.
Education and Experience Required:
University or bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, or MBA preferred.
Typically, 12-15+ years of professional services experience.
Demonstrated successful experience in managing a team.
P&L management experience; moderate size & complexity.
Knowledge and Skills:
Services and Solutions industry knowledge.
Strong financial and operational capabilities.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Executive-level engagement and presence.
Strong team player.
Understanding of 4P’s and the ability to build, adjust, and drive a growth plan.
Understanding of HP GTM and the role the channel plays in HP’s success.
Experience with Retail, Commercial & Online business models and execution.
Working knowledge of Consumer GTM, Channels, and Subscriptions business model.
Other: A "can-do" attitude is required with a GROWTH MINDSET.
