TekSystems is hiring CSR's for a local health insurance company in Indianapolis!

　　Job Duties Include:

　　-Assisting by looking up what their insurance may or may not cover

　　-Issues with billing, requests for a new card

　　-If specific products will be covered by their insurance

　　-Updating addresses in the system

　　-Locating doctors in the network for them

　　-Required to work Onsite for training, and then transition to remote

　　Required Experience:

　　-2+ year(s) working in a call center environment

　　-High School Diploma or GED

　　-Reliable transportation
