Bean Crush Operator – 1 st Shift | $21-23/hour

　　Rotating schedule (week 1 - 36 hours, week 2 - 48 hours), 6:00am-6:00pm

　　A small, family owned soybean processing plant in Cherokee, IA is hiring a 1 st shift Bean Crush Operator to join their growing team. This Bean Crush Operator works on a team to monitor and adjust parameters while processing soybeans. This position will require working in a variety of environments including outdoors when necessary. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Adjust equipment to maintain a uniform flow of materials

　　Monitor all phases of bean crushing and refining

　　Keep records of material processed

　　Perform general labor, housekeeping, and sanitation responsibilities as required

　　Requirements:

　　Mechanically inclined

　　Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills

　　Must have great attitude and be willing to try new things
