Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced CRM/Customer Engagement Manager for a St Louis, MO client. This is a remote, part time, on-going project to last until the end of 2024.

platforms?

What you get to do every single day

Take charge of and strengthen strategic marketing campaigns that drive in-app campaigns and target ideal customers

Create, execute, and monitor engagement and retention strategies including optimizing results through A/B testing

-Monitor KPIS, report on data and analytics, provide suggestions for improvements

Specialize in CRM Management including audience segmentation, creating triggers, tags, journeys

Drive strategy through creating and managing both static and dynamic content

Stong understanding of mobile and web products, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Products, including in-app messaging push notifications

Experience with mobile app marketplaces and their customer engagement strategies

Requirements

4-7 years experience in related position

Experience using MailChimp, Google Analytics, Firebase

Proven success in the following:

Creating and executing customer relationship management campaigns

Developing and implementing CRM best practices

Analyzing customer data

Developing targeted marketing campaigns for in-app mobile products

Focusing on loyalty and retention marketing strategies

Enhancing customer engagement and loyalty through various channels
