We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit Manager to join our finance team. 　　Job Description:

　　As a Credit Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit and collections processes to ensure optimal cash flow and minimize financial risks. Your responsibilities will include:

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Credit Assessment: Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers using financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.

　　Credit Policy Development: Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to mitigate risks and optimize cash flow.

　　Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.

　　Collections: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and resolution of payment issues.

　　Reporting: Prepare regular reports on credit and collections performance, presenting findings to senior management.

　　SAP Software Management: Utilize SAP software for efficient credit management and financial analysis.

　　Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

　　Proven experience as a Credit Manager in a manufacturing or related industry.

　　Strong understanding of SAP software is essential.

　　Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

　　Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
