As an EMEA Credit Controller at Epredia, you will support regional customers to identify and resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, and drive monthly collection targets. You are self-motivated, someone who can recognize how processes can improve and effectively implement positive changes. You have experience building strong external and internal/cross-functional relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You will earn trust with our customers to facilitate timely payment.
What will you do?
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely collections and find solutions for customers with high credit risk levels.
Identify customer issues and work with management to implement solutions ensuring cash performance is maximized.
Influence key stakeholders outside Finance including Sales, Order Processing, etc.
Maintain documentation and provide recommendations concerning Accounts status including decisions around account Holds and Collection Agency referrals.
Point of contact for Sales and Customer Service departments on credit risk management.
Create monthly reporting for the supported entities.
Support internal and external audits for the several EMEA legal entities.
Skills you need for the role:
Background in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience as a Credit Collector with a proven track record of cash collections.
Fluency in English and German is essential.
Experience utilizing analytical tools and databases along with an understanding of the Order to Cash cycle within an ERP, preferably SAP.
Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an ability to forge strong working relationships.
Experience in Credit Collections and Dispute Management would be preferable.
Lean or Six Sigma manufacturing concepts would be a plus.
