　　Position Summary- Process Initial and Re-Credentialing applications including all documents and verifications

　　Participate in team projects to standardize and optimize processes

　　Acts as credentialing subject matter expert

　　Acts as health plan support and liaison by addressing issues, ensuring state contractual requirements are met and conduct training.

　　Works collaboratively with network staff on issue/problem identification and resolution.

　　Maintains high production and quality factors

　　Maintain resource materials including policy's and user guides

　　Coordinates receipt of facility data with outside vendors and other entities

　　Required Qualifications- 1-3 years of Credentialing experience

　　Possess a basic knowledge of credentialing, accrediting agencies, and their standards and guidelines.

　　Proven critical thinking, and problem resolution skills

　　Strong Organizational/time management/ attention to detail skills

　　Strong Microsoft Office Products experience (specifically Excel)Preferred Qualifications- Experience and/or knowledge of Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) vendors

　　Experience or knowledge of Medicaid

　　Experience in processing facility applicationsEducation- High School Diploma

　　College degree or equivalent work experience preferred

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$17.00 - $29.88

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
