  How your work would contribute to our organization and the Twin Cities region:

  The Creative Services Operations Analyst role will ensure that technical solutions being developed satisfy the needs of the Creative Services and Marketing departments. This position works with Creative Services to identify opportunities for improvement in technologies, operations, production, and processes; using project management skills and tools to create more efficient and streamlined procedures for the department and its work.

  Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $34.95hr. or $72,696/yr. to $39.67/hr. or $82,514/yr.

  Full Salary Range: $34.95hr. or $72,696/yr. to $56.72/hr. or $117,978/yr. * The salary displayed is the full salary range. The hiring salary will be determined based on the final candidate's qualifications, the Council's internal pay structures, and our total compensation package for the position. *

  NOTE: This position is eligible for a hybrid (both remote and onsite) telework arrangement. The candidate's permanent residence must be in Minnesota or Wisconsin.

  What you would do in this job

  Maintain the cloud-based systems Creative Services uses to stay on task.

  Focus on these systems so other colleagues can concentrate on creative work.

  Act as the main contact for template creation, creating QR codes, troubleshooting access issues, forwarding issues to the software provider, and measuring performance.

  Performs other related duties.

  What education and experience are required for this job (minimum qualifications)

  Any of the following combinations of relevant work experience and completed education (degree in Change Management, Business, Resource Management, Project Management, Marketing, Communications or closely related field):

  High school diploma/GEDAND seven (7) years of experience.

  Associate's degree AND five (5) years of experience.

  Bachelor’s degree or higher AND three (3) years of experience.

  What additional skills and experience would be helpful in this job (desired qualifications):

  Understanding of marketing and communications planning, creative processes and production, and campaign trafficking,

  Project management experience, involving cross-department collaboration

  Knowledge of the Mac operating system,

  Knowledge of data reporting and tracking,

  Knowledge of creative project trafficking,

  Creative project management software skills, extensive experience with Workfront a plus,

  Demonstrated experience with data reporting and process management,

  Technology savvy and understanding of the latest technology capabilities,

  Experience optimizing and organizing complex processes as well as everyday project tasks.

  What knowledge, skills, and abilities you should have within the first six months on the job:

  Knowledge of digital asset management,

  Knowledge of technology mapping,

  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,

  Navigate a dynamic campaign landscape and manage multiple tasks with ease,

The Metropolitan Council considers felony, gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor convictions on a case-by-case basis, based on whether they are related to the job and whether the candidate has demonstrated adequate rehabilitation.
